Terms & Conditions

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON ANY PERSONALISED/CUSTOMISED ITEMS

 

These terms and conditions apply to the use of this website at www.wholesalesatinrobes.com.au. By accessing this website and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. 

Using this Website indicates that you accept these terms regardless of whether or not you choose to register with us or order from us. If you do not accept these terms, do not use this website. 

We may revise these terms and conditions at any time by updating this posting. You should check this Website from time to time to review the then current terms and conditions, because they are binding on you. Certain provisions of these terms and conditions may be superseded by expressly designated legal notices or terms located on particular pages of this Website. If you do not wish to accept any new terms and conditions after we have given notice, you should not continue to use this Website. 

Ordering from us 
You are deemed to place an order with us by ordering via our online checkout process. We will send you an order acknowledgement by email, detailing the products you have ordered. 

Our acceptance of an order takes place when we despatch the order. When we despatch the order the purchase contract will be made even if your payment has been processed immediately, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order. 

We do not contact you regarding your order once placed unless we need to. The next time you will hear from us is when an order is dispatched. 

We may refuse to accept an order: 
(a) Where goods are not available 
(b) Where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment 
(c) If there has been a pricing or product description error 
(d) If you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions 

(e) absuive behaviour which could potentially damage our business 

(f) We do not tolerate any threatening messages or emails and as soon as we receive these your order shall be declined

 

Delivery
We will deliver the Products ordered by you to the address which you give for delivery when you make your order. If any of the details you have given us in your delivery address are incorrect, we are not liable for any items which have not been received. 

Delivery will be made as soon as possible and usually within 7 days of receipt of your dispatch confirmation.

During busy periods our estimated timeframes may take a little longer

Whilst we make every effort to dispatch goods during the estimation timescales that we specify, we cannot guarantee delivery on that day or accept liability for deliveries made outside this timescale. We cannot accept liability for out of pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries. 

Our products are despatched via Australia Post. If you have not received your items, you must check with your local post office even if you have not received notification from your postman that they are holding items for you. 

In the event that we reproduce an item for you and subsequently the original is returned as undelivered by Australia Post, we reserve the right to charge an administrative fee up to 100% of the price of the reproduced product. 

We reserve the right to wait up to 10 working days from the date of despatch before taking further action regarding an undelivered item. 

Please note: we will not be held liable for any late deliveries if delays occur by causes beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation: - 
(a) fire; 
(b) severe weather conditions; 
(c) industrial dispute; 
(d) strike or labour disputes


Order Cancellations 
Orders that have been personalised cannot be cancelled once they have entered the production process. If you still wish to cancel the order beyond this point 100% of the order will still be charged. 

If you wish to cancel your order you can notify us during office hours by email to info@wholesalesatinrobes.com.au before the goods have been placed into production.

Where goods have already been processed and/or dispatched to you a refund is not possible. 

Please check your order on screen and the confirmation email carefully as we cannot refund products which have been mis-spelt.

We reserve the right to cancel your order at any time and issue a full refund.

​We do not tolerate any threatening messages or emails and as soon as we receive these your order shall be declined

The provisions of this clause do not affect your statutory rights. 

Returns and exchange 
If the customer wishes to return an item, please contact our customer care team quoting the order number, name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether a refund or a replacement is required. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. Personalised/Customised goods are non returnable or refundable. This includes items that are customised when choosing the colour of the text, personalisation/wording, and colour of item 

The buyer is required to ensure that any goods being returned to the seller are safely and securely packaged in the original packaging to ensure that they are returned undamaged and suitable for re-sale. The seller reserves the right to charge the buyer for any goods which it is unable to resell.

Returns must be made within 14 days after receiving the item if unsuitable.

All returns must be sent via Australia Post. We are not held responsible for any lost items on return delivery.

Refunds will be processed within 28 days 

We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds on Clearance lines unless the product is deemed to be faulty.


I received the wrong item.
If the item received is not what was originally ordered, please contact customer care quoting the order number,  name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether  a refund or a replacement is required. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. 

Faulty item
If the item received is faulty, please contact our customer care team quoting the order number,  name and address, details of the product and the fault.  You must include photographic evidence of the fault. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. If the item is faulty, please return it to us within 30 days of receipt. Refunds cannot be given if the fault is as a result of misuse.

Colour
The colour of the product you receive may not match the colour as displayed by our website on your computer monitor due to individual monitor resolutions, lighting, camera settings etc. . Please be aware that if colour is important to you, your order is placed at your own risk.  

Printing

All items are printed with industrial printers. We do not embroider items.

While we endeavor to ensure that the information on this Website is correct, we do not warrant the accuracy and completeness of the material on this Website. We may make changes to the material on this Website, or to the products and prices described in it, at any time without notice. The material on this Website may be out of date, and we make no commitment to update such material.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Australian law. Disputes arising in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Australian courts. 

If you access this Website from locations outside Australia, you do so at your own risk and you are responsible for compliance with local laws. 

Miscellaneous 
You may not assign, sub-license or otherwise transfer any of your rights under these terms and conditions. 

Wash on low setting

Iron on a low setting inside out ideally under a teatowel or towel

Do not dry clean 

We do not accept any liability for items damaged during washing or ironing

If any provision of these terms and conditions is found by any court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the invalidity of that provision will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions which shall continue to have full force and effect.
